The government wants the referred child care setting to meet the child care statutory requirements adequately. Plus, the workers at the setting should make certain that children are encouraged to follow a healthy lifestyle.
#6 - Positive Relationships
The child should be able to develop positive relationships entirely based on trust and mutual respect. Also, the staff members at the care setting should be able to create a perfect understanding regarding positive responses and acceptable behaviours with other fellows and adults.
#7 - Child Protection
According to the UK government, the residential care setting must actively protect the child from any harm or injury. Together with this, the care workers should make the children learn how they can defend themselves. Positively, staff members need to assess the child's risk factors individually.
#8 - Leadership & Management
The residential care children's home should adapt to a vision to demonstrate leadership that inspires the child to achieve along with appropriate individual coaching.
